When you have a global network like Vodafone you can use it for many good things. And so they do. But talking about all the good things you do or participate in can be seen as bragging. So Vodafone was very reluctant to do so.

POWERFUL CONNECTIONS

Yet these projects are at the heart of what the brand stands for. They all empower the people they connect. We decided to take the perspective of these people.

TELLING IT RIGHT

We dove into their lives and found some inspiring stories to tell. Like how homeless people were helped by giving them a phone, so they would have access to useful information like weather forecasts. But also to make them feel connected again. Or how parents can see through ‘digital windows’ how their children are doing when they have been admitted into hospital.

POWERFUL PORTRAITS

All these stories were presented on an online responsive platform. Together with Krijn van Noordwijk we created strong, iconic portraits of the stories’ heroes. Over time more powerful stories were added.
